  1. Privacy 3.0: Unlocking Our Data-Driven Future by Rahul Matthan. The book's thesis is that privacy was invented by / caused by technological use and that understanding this helps us create better ways of preserving and protecting ourselves. I think the books provides a good overview of the anthropological-historic evolution of the idea & practice of privacy. But the recommendations for the current fall flat. I will review in length on the blog. Verdict: 👍🏾 @bookstodon

  1. Bhujia Barons: The Untold Story of How Haldiram Built a Rs 5000-crore Empire by Pavitra Kumar

Bold book, very detailed research into the family dynamics and how they shape the business. Terribly politically incorrect. No clear narrative.

  1. Finding Meaning in an Imperfect World by Iddo Landau

Probably the most comprehensive "how to think about your life" book I've ever read. The book summarizes the most sensible and pragmatic way to think about almost everything, from a western philosophical standpoint. The central skill it imparts is how to recognize and improve meaning in life. Strong recommend.
