@mimarek1 In general, me neither but this is more of a B'Elanna episode and we know she struggled with her Klingon side. Dealing with it and accepting it has been part of her character growth. As a result she also struggled with her relationship with both her parents. Something she manages to find some peace with in her relationship with Janeway (reaching for her first at the end of her afterlife experience). @allstartrek#AllStarTrek

I had to actually read the FDA page to figure out how this is a problem. Too much Vitamin D for infants with impaired renal (Kidney) function can be bad. It’s unlikely to impact the average infant consuming it.
It takes months of very high consumption of Vitamin D to become toxic. Like 60,000 IU per day (for an adult) for 3+ months continuously.
For comparison baby formula normally contains about 30 IU per 100mL, and they drink about 800ml per day as a newborn (or a total of 180IU per day)
Infant Vitamin D drops are 400IU per drop, these are recommended to give daily in Northern States and Canada in addition to what they get from other sources.

I just want to shout out all the older (40+) Autistic and Neurodivergent folks here. On most of the social media sites I'm on it seems to be nothing but teens to 20's so I don't get to see a lot of experiences and viewpoints from older ND's except here. It's really awesome to hear from you and see you making your way through life and know that you're the way you are still, and that life hasn't completely glued the mask on you and you still experience the joys and experiences and difficulties that us younger folks have in some ways. It gives me hope to know that I'm probably not going to just be increasingly camoflauging to be like neurotypical folks as I age and I can look forward to still living life my way, maybe even more so. You're important and appreciated. <3
@arcadetoken Thanks!! I was not diagnosed until I was 63 and was still on Twitter at the time. The ND community there was lovely but, as you say, much younger with a whole different set of experiences and expectations.
The @actuallyautistic here is quite lovely with a variety of ages and experiences. I find the people here incredibly supportive and I feel very comfortable with them.

Specifically, they are for Audible US and Audible UK.
You can access those Audible storefronts from other regions by changing the location settings on the Audible phone app or a location override link on the website.
I'd love copies for more platforms & regions but it's out of my hands. (Talk to the behemoths!)
Audiobook reviews make a big difference for boosting sales. They signal to the platforms that people like the books, and the platform algorithms then boost the visibility.
Reviews that are specific about what a listener liked and why can also encourage like-minded shoppers to buy the books.
Reviews go a long way to helping me and the lovely indie authors I narrate for.
