I dont know if this is bugged or there are actually no mods but !writingprompts shows 0 mods....

Hey guys,...
The question is written in the title.
I want to find communities, so is there a community dedicated to finding communities?
I don’t know if I make sense, For example, I am on lemm.ee and I want to find or browse all communities in Lemmy.world
I'm missing something....
I have an account on a mastodon instance and I read that I could access the threadiverse from there, but I didn’t find any way to do it that works. What is the relationship between these things?
I saw this the other day and it has been driving me nuts trying to figure out what it means.
I have feet that are 10inches long and 4 1/2 inches wide. An online graph says that's size8 and 4wide. The most I've found online is 3 wide....
I have created an account, and I would like to (try to) use mastodon. But I don’t know who/what to follow? How does one discover interesting hashtags, or people to follow ? Mainstream personalities or media are not on mastodon
After the Red Hat mess I see many people saying IBM destroys everything they touch, but I can’t think of many examples of it. Can you tell me what else IBM has destroyed after acquiring it, or something good that they themselves developed and then ruined it with stupid corporate choices?
Hello, I want to switch to mastodon from twitter can anyone suggest me the best app on iOS to make the transition.
I’ve seen discussion about China and all things Chinese on Reddit, and have noticed it can often end up being based more in emotion or tribalism than objective facts and analysis. Since we’re no longer on Reddit, let’s use the transition as an opportunity for turning over a new leaf.
This has been on my head for a very long time.
I’ve been on Beehaw and Lemmy.world for the past two weeks now and while people seem to be posting content that isn’t about Reddit or Twitter or how great federated platforms are, such content does not receive as many comments/discussion as topics about the Reddit API controversy, or the current Twitter controversy, etc....
I keep getting these error messages, containing the word JSON. The format of my avatar and banner is .jpeg.
Whenever a forum dies, a lot of answered questions are lost that would have been useful to people googling it in the future....
I’ve noticed that on Lemmy there aren’t really any videos/gifs as I scroll. I just see post titles, links, or images....
I don’t want to dox myself, but I’ve been at my job for 5+ years. I guess either my boss or I fat fingered something while I was on boarding, cuz just now I was going over some paperwork and… As far as my job is concerned I’m Native American. I am very much white. Nobody ever brought it up....
I don’t understand how Lemmy.world developers managed to surpass both Lemmy.ml and Beehaw.org instances in user activity.
Posting to Lemmy.world from Lemmy.ml results in only Lemmy.ml users being able to see that post, so I think they blocked each other. When do you think they will be federated again?
YouTube disallowing adblockers, Reddit charging for API usage, Twitter blocking non-registered users. These events happen almost at the same time. Is this one of the effects of the tech bubble burst?
This is completely strange, and very long. I’ve exhausted all my ideas, and need fresh ones....
I’m new here on Lemmy....
