Why is the legal system so expensive?

I thought, coconut milk is made by soaking the white bits of coconut fruit (“flesh”) in water; while the coconuts naturally contain a clear liquid called “coconut juice” or “coconut water”....
Lets say I can buy 200 of something for $20. but for $60, I can buy 750 of them. How can I quantify the money saved as cost per unit?

I have a bunch of a polyethylene net interwoven with a hay, which would be impossible to separate. What is the best way to ecologically dispose of it? Should I give it to separated plastic (so it would be burned in an incineration plant), or put it to the communal waste?
