There is no justification in a country this size for them to be traveling by air at all unless it’s an emergency where they’re needed somewhere absolutely ASAP, or they need to travel directly from one end of the country to the other, which is almost never.
Just one more way in which those in power separate themselves from those they rule over.

At the extreme, could this be a “failure to launch” child, now 57 years old, that continued to live at home being provided for by mom unable or or unwilling to provide for themselves, and finally was being forced to provide for themselves at age? Did the family make overtures to get the man mental help for decades only to be rebuffed by mom or the murderer? Now that mom was gone, the siblings were forced to deal with it?
The article doesn’t contain enough information to draw conclusions.
It keeps happening because parenting can get legislated only so much. Inept and ineffective parenting isn’t exactly illegal if the child is relatively unharmed.

One of these days, I’ll need to look into fact checkers’ evaluations of Fox News as a news source. How the heck are they rated farther to the right and less credible than Breitbart? That makes no sense to me.
This is a misleading headline. The survey question asked if you know any friends OR CLASSMATES who have generated AI nudes. If just one kid in a large school generates AI nudes and a lot of other kids find out about it, then those kids will answer yes on this survey. So this statistic doesn’t do a good job of indicating exactly how widespread this is.
Still, even assuming Rumor mill inflation drives this down by a factor of 10, and we slash it down, there are a handful of kids probably doing this, which isn’t surprising, bit is extremely upsetting.

He’s already started with the rants against the network to create the excuse for him fucking this up. Everything that doesn’t go his way is always someone else’s fault. Most toddlers are more mature and accountable.
I see his strategy is to paint Harris as the radical left candidate. It’s a shame that the democrats are barely even left these days yet being painted as radical.
The whole “governing from the centre” thing is so pointless now. If they’re going to call everything you do socialist, why bother trying to be moderate? If you’re gonna do the time might as well do the crime.
