Insane that there was no one from Disney side who did not try to stop this in the first place. Don’t mind the empathy, nobody saw this as a bad move for their image? Unless they were being sued for 100+ M I don’t see how this made sense financially for them.

With a possible cease-fire deal and Netanyahu’s U.S. visit looming, Americans’ views of Israel and its leader could shift again in the coming weeks.
These articles aren’t exactly the most recent, but illustrate that this isn’t a problem unique to Harris or the Biden administration.

I figured he would have fled Romania as soon as he got out of jail the last time. There’s still the previous charges looming, plus these new ones. Is he unable to flee, or is he just overconfident?
Well he probably could, but then he could never go back to his home country without going to jail for a long time. If he hasnt actually commit any major crimes, then fleeing would be pretty dumb.

It’s kind of a scary map to look at if you think about it. On the one hand it’s amazing that democracy has a chance to rule and that people might be able to preserve their rights this way. On the other hand though to have such a fundamental right decided by one all or nothing throw of the die. Whew boy. Makes you super nervous.
