Are you trying to imply the short sleeves instead of long, no winter hat with a pom pom, no cane using, non skinny as a rail gentleman on the left is Waldo from the Where’s Waldo book series? Well I say this post is shit.
Pretty sure there’s a quiet subdivision of Japanese who want to see the US fracture so they can sneak in during the confusion and finally take the west coast for the glory of the Emperor.
What do you mean ai upscaling was applied? All I did was point the camera at the view in front of me then click the button to capture it 🤔 Are you saying that my smartphone manipulated the photo somehow? everything looks normal in that photo to me except things are blurry and unclear because everything was far away and my lense was probably smudged & beaten up a bit from age anyway
We’re gonna have to go back to Polaroid technology for unmanipulated instant photos again, aren’t we?
okay but seriously there’s literally nothing in this photo that didn’t occur in real life at that moment. I want you to put a red circle around everything in that photo you think is ai.
Yes. You said “you can see the ai upscaling if you zoom in enough.” So I’m asking you to zoom in and make red circles around the things you think are ai upscaling. Whatever “ai upscaling” is, I have no idea what that means. I’m asking you to show me with red circles.
Hey, you! Take a screenshot of that picture, zoom in, and put red circles around everything you think indicates ai upscaling. Do it and post your red circles photo here.
Thank you! Yes I literally emerged from the beach club yesterday, got on the boardwalk, saw that comically-dressed fellow, pulled out my phone and snapped this spontaneous picture. There’s no editing or anything whatsoever, especially not ai.
Santa Monica Pier & all the wacky random people always makes for fun photos.
One of my favorite details in Civil War was the the fact that the leader of the western alliance strike team was wearing a Hawaiian shirt. It seemed simultaneously absurd and hyper-realistic.
From my understanding, unions require a vote from employees before being able to negotiate contracts with management. So if they want a few more people to come to a meeting, it’s probably because they need a sense of whether they’re gonna win that election and / or there is interest from more than a single employee.
Getting a union can be a long process, just to get to the bargaining table. Successful campaigns require a tireless dedication from at least one employee who wants to fight.
All worth it IMHO, and I’m heartened to hear about labor action for EMS staff. Best of luck in your efforts!
We discussed the process at length. IMO: I’m just a little disappointed that the Union wouldn’t be much more aggressive with just a hint of interest. I think they would be much more successful at recruiting than myself. Perhaps the labor laws don’t allow it.
