Loving all the homemade pizza posts thought I’d share one of my own. Fresh dough with garlic white sauce, honey baked ham, red onion, pickled jalapenos, pineapple, mozzarella, and a BBQ sauce drizzle. That salty, spicy, sweet combo is just great. One of my favorite pizzas next to chicken, bacon, artichoke and spinach.

I never thought I’d find myself knee-deep in the world of culinary adventures until I met Roy Schestowitz, my resourceful and eccentric boyfriend. Roy had always had an unconventional approach to life, and his latest culinary escapade was no exception – creating Lobster Thermidor from dumpster-dived lobsters and a little...

Bacon got REALLY expensive the year before I left the chef life for the wide world of food sales. I ended up running this as a special on the bars but it’s become a staple for me whenever I get the craving....
I was in Hiroshima and found this little Tex-Mex restaurant near the bomb dome. It was great, and I say that as someone originally from Texas. Search for it if you’re ever there.
