I started by pan searing the ground venison, then deglazed the pan with with red wine before adding my scratch sauce to make a bolognese-inspired meat sauce....
Probably my favorite meatless meal that I make!
This was at Schwartz’ deli in Montreal, here’s another picture:...
Traveling for business and got this delivered via grub hub. Total shot in the dark as to whether it was going to be any good or not. Can honestly say its the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. Sunday sighs of contentment.

Blue cheese dip (wings) & cajun remoulade (pups)

Salmon, dill, roast garlic royal, potatoes. Also pictured plantain chips with mango salsa and waaaay in the back is grilled peaches & rocket salad
In my house, this was always just “Gnocchi”, so I learnt what it was called when I looked up a recipe to link here....
Tomato’s,Potatoes and Onios and many more - what can you recognize?

Roasted mushroom, quinoa, mascarpone, thyme & parsley with Ibirico Jamon
Rubbed it down last night and put it in the smoker after work today. Applewood chips on 225 for 2 or so hours.
