Consumed on the Isle of Arran, Scotland.
I grew up in Russia (obligatory fuck Putin), and my mom would make borscht every couple of weeks. While I never had the exact recipe, and I don’t measure things anymore, this recipe is as close as it gets to my mom’s soup. The only difference is she would add a green bell pepper instead of the tomatoes....
I will gladly update with the details when I finish eating....
Warm brown butter huckleberry cobbler house huckleberry sauce, brown butter cake, vanilla bean ice cream from Spencer’s in Salt Lake City
What are your tricks for crispy fritters? I salt the grated potatoes and then squeeze the excess water out before making the dough. Also, instead of flour I use cornstarch.

Toasted brioche bun with a mayo spread, iceberg lettuce, tomato, double beef patty with cheddar cheese, and yellow onion with a little ketchup.
Served with air fryed brussel sprouts with garlic and parmesan, and super soft baked potatoes. It was delicious!
Breakfast burrito filled with Chorizo, sweet potatoes, red onion, sriracha, fried egg, and cilantro
Been making pizza for 3-4 weeks from scratch, this is the latest one!
Greetings again, I learned about this dish while watching a Japanese restaurant cook meals for their patrons on YouTube. I thought the fried noodle plate looked cool so I thought lemme try that. I didn’t even know the name of the dish, had to look around a bit until I found it lol.
This evening I made a curry that had mango yogurt in it and rather than making rice I made baked lentil balls, haha there is a better name for them, right? Something like kofte? Anyhow this dish was extremely affordable, packed with veggies and flavour.
