I really enjoy watching videos on YouTube, there are so many great creators that I love, however I find myself getting drawn into Shorts and I just get stuck doom scrolling for eternity. Can anyone please recommend an iOS YouTube client that doesn’t give me access to Shorts?

They all look the same to me, and I can communicate with other Lemmy users so what’s the point? (I don’t know anything about Lemmy lol I just joined)

What were the items that really pushed it up? Was it for a special occasion?

So far I’ve used the web frontend, Jerboa, Liftoff, Contact, Voyager, and Thunder, Summit, and Voyager is the only one that will reliably show subscribed communities without periodically switching to local or all. Am I weird for wanting to mostly see what I’ve subscribed to, as opposed to wherever random communities are on...

Some times, when reading Lemmy comments, it seems that some word in the comment was replaced with “removed”, in italics. Is the app censoring comments? Is my lemmy instance doing that? Is there a way to turn that off?...
