Depending on the particulars of who’s at fault in the messed up police report, the daughter could get away with it even without all the stupid sovcit bullshit. As comedian Mike Birbiglia points out, police reports are like homework for cops, and those guys are often lazy and hate homework. After he got hit by a drunk driver the police report had a bunch of errors basically saying he hit his own car and the department refused to correct it.

There’s no hate for anybody or anything, I just realised some distros have marketing, most have at least a pretty website, but for arch, you need to search for the download button when you want to install it, and the only thing that spreads archlinux is the word of mouth(or something similiar in the comment section), and this mostly involves spamming „arch btw”
If this is political, so is everything else-- people politicize everything lately, much to the detriment of the kids. In this case, all I see are some lovely books going back on the shelves, hopefully accompanied by more to come. Thanks for sharing!
You have a fourth Amendment right to unreasonable searches and seizures. If you aren’t maintaining Lane integrity, I.E swerving, then a search is not unreasonable. That’s just cause. He has no argument here.
