I’ve seen the controversy where lemmy.world defederated from 2 piracy instances. So since there is no one big owner what is stopping someone creating a instance that host CP or other illegal stuff?...

I want to get back into creative writing, and for work I prefer to take handwritten notes (I have my own weird shorthand and it helps with retention). I’d also like the ability to write at night and not disturb my partner....

I am looking to ditch some PoE Ubiquiti hardware in favor of a DIY approach with 802.11ax cards. What card would you recommend for long-range 802.11ax?
