I didn’t see Plateup! mentioned, similar to Overcooked but rogue lite with more emphasis on RNG and customization of the restaurant (through where you place the tables/utilities)
In some style guides single letters get pluralized with an apostrophe to differentiate from similar words. You’d talk about all the a’s in a sentence because otherwise you’re writing as, and then for consistency’s sake you do the same with other single letters too.
I’m not sure if this applies to the cannabis industry. For pharma companies readying to place a generic on the market, they’ll usually formulate their product by reverse-engineering the brand months before the patent expires and then run to the FDA office the day before and even camp overnight to be the first ones in for the permit. Then the patent expires the next morning, they get all their paperwork straight, and magically have stock for the shelves instantly. Maybe something like that happens in other industries. Either way, it’s interesting how business is done in these gray areas.
Not network related, but don’t keep very personal info on it while you’re there. Log out of mostly all sites, or just clear the cookies (all of them), and only keep passwords accessible through it that you might need there. Log out of your primary password manager, or if it’s offline, move your primary password db to a different machine for the time you’re there
They grew up in a different era, and as people get older it’s harder for them to let go of backward ideas. Even my mother, a fervent feminist, from time to time makes transphobic comments that are born more out of ignorance than anything else. Sometimes she seems to understand and other times she doesn’t seem to want to understand. My father, on the other hand, is also generally a good person, but his machismo and homophobia are very strong. One day he had said that he would rather shoot himself if he found out that any of his children were Gay, that phrase still haunts me and prevents me from being more open with my bisexuality. I love him dearly, but he is far from perfect. I don’t know what my grandmother’s political views are, but she has always come across as loving and receptive. She taught me to Crochet even though I was a man, she insisted that I pay no attention to anyone who told me it was a woman’s thing. Despite this, she is a simple woman and very disconnected from the outside world, and from what my mother has told me, there was a time when she was terrible. Old people are… Complicated.
The answer is a lot more straightforward than most of your responses here:
Medical marijuana was already legal in Ohio, so it was already around – those growers/distributors/shops simply ramped up their operations to get ready for the wider market.
Bruh, I think you’ll find that most of us were gonna vote for the D, no matter what. For the record, I like this choice of veep and Harris has won me over. I immediately felt dejected after the debate and wished that Biden would go away. I wasn’t enthused about Harris, but I figured we have no choice but to risk it. Biden did us right in the end. And Harris has been impressive in her consolidation of support and her organization.
Yeah I was a constant Biden promoter and moderately opposed to replacing him just because I thought that, as big a problem as his age was, the prospect of the Democrats figuring out a plan B without cocking it up was remote enough that it might be better to keep him on.
Having seen the way it happened (so far) I've never been so happy to be so wrong.
