Kids in university watching this: 😯

Look in the bright side… She could totally be cast as an alien on Star Trek with that nose.

How much cocaine does someone has to do to end up like this ?

0x4E4F OP ,

Like… enough to be broke and has to do this show in order to get her nose fixed.

Don’t mess with The Devil’s Dandruff ©®™

blanketswithsmallpox ,

Or do. I’m not your mother. Cocaine is great if you can exhibit self control and get lucky with the roll of the genetic dice and don’t immediately get addicted from one night partying.

Don’t mainline drugs. Don’t fuck with heavy opiates or meth. Stay away from homemade pressed pills. That’s where most people die from fent poisoning in America.

Can’t you ask the book company for a pdf?

I love how he tries to steer it, but then just nopes out of it.

That man knows when to quit

You gotta know when to hold em, know when to fold em….

It’s kind of shitty to ‘out’ someone like this on a tv program. If they liked doing cocaine that’s their business. But I also know that’s the point of the program probably.

I hope she got help with her nose though.

protist ,

It makes it harder to consider it shitty when you know she put in work and signed all sorts of paperwork in order to be on this show

Slovene ,

Yeah, it makes it less shitty when knowing how desperate she is.

UnrepententProcrastinator ,

That’s the price she was willing to pay to get her nose fixed. I mean all that cocaine didn’t leave much in her bank account.

Ilovethebomb ,

It’s also a good way to deter others from making the same mistake.

Dependencies. Not even once.

At least there’s tree shaking. Not everything is getting in the final build

This does happen though when they cc me on an email that has nothing to do with me, and expect me to dig through the whole thread to see why it’s relevant.

droans ,

30+ replies deep, initial email sent six months ago, topic has changed multiple times since it first started.

That’s when you set up a meeting to clarify your involvement.

“I only do the tasks assigned to me in JIRA.”

jjjalljs ,

This is legitimately very effective at stopping nonsense.

“Can you make a ticket please? And talk to the team lead about prioritizing it”

corsicanguppy ,

Re-word that “I’ve prioritized my tasks in JIRA, and I hope you’ve been using it too.”

… except, not jira. There are so many better options.

I don’t often donate since it’s mostly in USD, but internet archive was one of the few that I did.

Why not run the spine through a table saw and just use a regular document feeder?

aeronmelon ,

I think they actually want to keep the book.

SinningStromgald ,

Sometimes books are valuable so cutting them into bits so they can go on the Internets faster isn’t feasible.

nonailsleft ,

In 10 years you can just reprint the book by molecule so why bother
