I don’t really need to increase the RAM, CPU, or other core system resources so I planning on adding some block storage to my VPS. My question is: How can I tell Lemmy/Pict-rs to store/retrieve new data here...

User “Wookie_the_ewok” appears to have changed their username on the same account to “Chuckles the cheese” unless im misunderstanding how lemmy works. Seems sketchy in the sense that could be a way to troll, violate TOS, and evade bans and defederation. Maybe someone more knowledgable than myself could explain better...

What is recommended for blocking apps from showing ads and sponsored postings? I tried Blockada for Twitter app and I had to allow access to twitter.com so it didn’t block ads. I tried Adaway and I had to turn off or disable Adaway for Twitter app to work at all....

So let’s try this again. My last post sort of got derailed because I am an idiot and used instance instead of community....
