The 1,700 Jews of Rhodes were deported to Auschwitz 80 years ago, when Allied victory was almost in sight.

Diary of an ASD Squirrel. Day 279 , Friday 02/08/2024

Up at around 6am as usual, breakfast & some basic chores ensued.

Went for a walk this morning - just a quick 30 minutes but I have paid for it the rest of the day I’ve finished the day barely being able to weight bare on my right foot (the plantar fasciitis one) .
Despite this today has been a good day , the sun has shone , the day has been lovely & warm. I’ve read a little , played a little FO4 & watched a brilliant bit of natural history (Chris Packhams’ Earth).

Went wild & had a pizza & a couple of ciders for tea , hopefully Geoff won’t react too much!

Final Thoughts.

Just another day in paradise.

Thank you to all those who are helping me on this journey, in a myriad different ways. I am thankful to each & every one of you! 🫂 🫶🐿️🖖
