It’s actually about your chariot’s extended warranty.

dan1101 , to mildlyinteresting in This fast food order kiosk accepts cash

Out of all the positions at fast food restaurants, cashier seems to most appealing to me.

dan1101 , to asklemmy in How come sometimes I only want the blanket/covers over my feet and not legs?

Same, my feet are always warm or hot, I walk around all winter on hardwood floors with no socks.

dan1101 , to moviesandtv in Rental online prices of old movies are too high.

They can get a lot of $1 or $2 rentals from me, or nothing. Guess they get nothing.

dan1101 , to worldnews in UAW expands strike as nearly 9,000 workers walk off job at Ford's largest plant

When unions are involved you aren’t allowed to point out things like that.

dan1101 , to news in Amanda Knox to face new trial in Italy over slander conviction

The Italian court system really seems to hate her. Is she even in the country? I definitely would not go back.

dan1101 , to asklemmy in price discrimination

So many things are variable or negotiable, like cars, insurance, car rentals, furniture, mattresses, and houses. I feel like most people get the standard deal but they throw a few people a bone maybe to get good reviews or because the rep likes them.

dan1101 , to worldnews in UAW expands strike as nearly 9,000 workers walk off job at Ford's largest plant

I expect so, but most corporations aren’t going to roll back and make less money than they do now. I read that the UAW workers want to make $100,000 a year after 4 years on the job. I don’t see how that can make vehicles any more affordable.

dan1101 , to worldnews in UAW expands strike as nearly 9,000 workers walk off job at Ford's largest plant

While I sympathize with the workers wanting more money, I’m not looking forward to new vehicles being more unattainable than they already are.

dan1101 , to nostupidquestions in Nowadays, on certain games and game launchers, you can play the game before its fully downloaded. How is possible?

I did this on Kingdom Come Deliverance on EA/Origin and the beginning of the game was messed up, the plot made no sense and I realized I had missed a whole section. Maybe they have worked out the bugs by now.
