Is it a ‘thank you for prepping my room’ or ‘please clean my room today’? If you tip post cleaning, it’s likely going to someone else the next day. Many hotels now only do housekeeping on demand. How do employees feel about this - do they miss the tips or are they happy for a less stressful workday?...

The company has gotta compensate for inflation somehow, right? They dont want to actually pay their employees, no no no, that would cut into profit. They have to make even more money so they push it onto the customer. Agreed honestly fuck this shit.

Yeah, it seems so, i personally don’t like our system either, but that would have to come down to a vote from the people to tear it down and start over. People dont get to force the issue like trump and many extremists, and apparently, like this other person wants.

I would say a peaceful change by vote of the people (not politicians) would be a better way than violent revolution. Violent revolution can be justified, but it will end up hurting many people and destabilizing a country. War from internal and external parties would be garunteed. Peaceful revolution is not an easy nor even plausable outcome, but it would harm far fewer people.

Im curious: How does not voting show you wish for revolution? My view is that I’d rather vote for someone who is working within the system (corrupt and broken though it may be) than someone who wants to tear it down and install a dictatorship. Not voting just means you’re complicit and signals you don’t prefer one over the other. I don’t like either, but i definitely have a preference.

I think it depends… on safety issues like seat belts and stuff, yes 10% of yearly income is acceptable. However, if I’m 1 week out from renewing my registration? Screw that, its the government just wanting more money from me owning my car. Its not going to kill someone if my truck has been registered under my name before and i forget to get it reupped that week. I’m not advocating forever mind you, just give some leniency on bureaucratic crap that won’t affect safety of anyone.

Definitely start light. And don’t rush to increase your reps or time or anything like that. Even just 5 pushups a day. Get in the habit and make it a part of your routine, like brushing teeth. Then after it’s something you don’t forget to do, just increase it a little every few weeks or months. Even just 10 minutes is good, but if you can eventually get up to an hour, that would be better. Warm up for more rigorous exercise, do some walking or some pushups. Hell, even just having a daily walk is a great way to exercise especially if you have some good sights nearby.

I like cabbage and coleslaw just has a very wide range of good and bad. I’ve had coleslaw that tastes like a bar of soap, and I’ve had coleslaw that’s delicious. For me, cabbage is better than lettuce on a sandwich though, so im biased af.

No, because there are a lot of people who don’t care to learn more than they need to and aren’t curious to learn more, or they do not want to change their mind and are set in their beliefs.
