I’m not even the native english speaker here, but the line I responded with originally was:

there are French, German, UK, US and a wide array of european mercenaries there, all of those countries have had a part in invading Russia in the past, some of them multiple times.

The the original assertion that russia has never stopped invading places - I pointed out that it’s been invaded repeatedly (US/UK/French expeditions during the civil war, Barbarossa, Napoleon to name a few) - which doesn’t really line up with that image of an unstoppable invader.

I’m sure that it is, but it’s not just elderly dying, plenty of kids and their parents are suffering. I just read a NPR puff piece about a landlord who finally got their investment property ‘back’ by evicting their tenant… a recently widowed healthcare worker with a child. It’s almost like we shouldn’t be trying to just return to ‘normal’ with an uncontrolled pandemic raging.

This isn’t about trans people, it’s about how obviously Biden (and the whole lot of them, really) are hypocrites.

I would say it’s even relevant to bring up the complete failure of the Biden admin to do anything about the attacks on progressive rights internal to the US. The US and its proxies tend to excuse their ‘foreign policy’ actions by claiming their cause to be righteous because they’re more supportive of LGBT rights (or womens rights, depending on the era) than their enemies.

The point is that they’re not righteous, this is operation genocide guardian.

The official position of Ansarallah is that they’re disrupting shipping to Israel because of the responsibility to protect, and as a result this has disrupted all shipping.
