On every lemmy app/instance I’ve checked, it seems that the post and comment scores on users’ profiles have been replaced by post and comment counts....

I use Apk Editor Pro for Android to remove trackers. This application works with a Manifest file, but trackers are not always located in this file. I don’t know what other files may contain trackers, how can I edit them and compile the application on my phone....

They artificially inflate the size of lemmy and it makes me feel like I’m being taken advantage of.

Everytime I see a data map on some topic, Western Sahara is always filed under ”No Data” or something similar. I know that the area is disputed by Morocco and some self governing body in the area, but that’s all I know. Is this like an Israel-Palestine thing, or something else?

I sometimes post news articles that examine possible problems in society. Some may agree with the author, some may disagree. I often see these posts being downvoted if many disagree with the author....

For a few months now while listening to spotify I’ve noticed a song will come up and I’ll think “I thought I already ‘liked’ this song?” But wasn’t positive because sometimes there are multiple issues of the same album (anniversary, remixes etc) so maybe I had liked a different version or something....

So just something that’s been on my mind. At my workplace there’s an automatic road barrier that lifts up and down when vehicles arrive. However, it’s not used for a carpark system when people wave their tickets or something. It just goes up and down when a vehicle shows up....
