Path of a killer. Richard Card (40) left Bowdoin, Maine to shoot up Sparetime Recreation in Lewiston where he was a regular. He then drove to Schemengees Bar to shoot up his favorite restaurant. I’m so sorry this happens to people. We can’t go on training people to be soldiers and then take their sanity for granted. A veteran who has been to a mental hospital is an enormous danger to themselves and others.
