This pisses me off. Not that because such a thing like this has happened and who’s behind it. Of course, braindead trump dicklicker and deepthroaters yet throwing the world’s biggest tantrum over a fairly lead general election after 4 years prior, told everyone they opposed to, to “get over it”.

It pisses me off, that we do not have this kind of ambition and this kind of drive, towards GOOD things and resolves to our problems.

No, it’s for stupid fucking trivial things. I would’ve loved to have seen mobs of people storm Wall Street and harass all of those stock brokers and investors. I would’ve loved to have seen mobs of people over run billionaire’s homes. I would’ve loved to have seen staff workers going on a mass exodus and a revolt from being abused and misused.

But no, all of that shit is shut down in minutes. But bullshit antics like whatever the MAGATards are doing, yeah they somehow got the spotlight.

We would have stronger worker rights.

We would have stronger unions.

We would have affordable healthcare, housing.

We would have better wages, benefits and retirement packages.

We would have stomped out greed within the month if it was all in a focused, collective and collaborative effort.

Not that I want to see it, but time and time and time and time again these right wing fucks have proven that they can’t be reasoned with, they can’t be trusted and they have zero morals or plans to follow societal norms… AND YET WE CONTINUE TO TREAT THEM LIKE INNOCENT PEOPLE.

We have been asking for shit like this to happen every time we give a J6th traitor a light sentence or every time Trump or one of his clown supporters tweets some fairly obvious call for violence and we do nothing.

When the fuck is the Left going to wake up and realize that we are at war?

The Right has seen this as a war for a long, long time now. They have been stockpiling weapons, creating closely tied groups and training militias. They are radicalizing the youth. They see this as a life-and-death situation where there will be victims and bloodshed.

What the fuck has the Left done? Written a few memes? A few snarky comments on Twitter? They have treated this as a joke or just business-as-usual when dealing with politics. We give the other side every chance to bully their way into a position of power by constantly compromising on things. And when it comes to punishments, the usual bleeding-heart stereotype comes into play and we give these traitors the lightest of sentences when instead they should be facing the same kind of corporal punishment that they would face in any other country for treason.

Well for one, treat it with the seriousness that it deserves.

That alone would and should change many people’s view on this.

This is not that different than when these Republicans ship illegal immigrants to CA or Washington or Boston. It has happened time and time again, and every time Liberals want to play it down in the hopes that it won’t happen again. And then it happens again! And this latest time some little kid died because of it. What is it going to take for the Left to take it serious enough to where human trafficking charges are brought up on the people that planned it? Ruin the lives of some of the people who were involved in treating humans like property by getting them inundated with federal charges and endless legal fees. You better believe that when someone might be held liable for helping DeSatan plan a trick, they might think twice. But Liberals in the US are just a bunch of pussies that would rather becomes targets for some gun crazed redneck than ever go on the offensive.

No idea what that guys beef is, but I’ve served on a jury for a nasty kidnapping case.

If I’m ever on the wrong side of a court room, the last thing I want is a jury of fucking bigoted idiots deciding anything.

Though, I’m in exactly zero “minority” groups per se, so perhaps I’d be alright anyway. That’s a whole other problem with justice though.

He’s not really wrong. We’re too biased, uneducated and ignorant to be able to accurately determine guilt. Until the populace is re-educated, it probably would b better to have panels of experts determine guilt, or only allow jurors that have at least obtained a bachelor’s degree in something. I am certain such suggestions are flawed, but not as badly as the system we have now that flagrantly enabled racism and genocide.

You don’t need a degree to be able to make an ethical or moral judgment wtf? With money being a major roadblock for education you’d be taking the voices away from a lot of good people whose only mistake is being born too close to the poverty line. That’s the exact opposite direction that anything should go in right now lol.

Who would even pick those “panel experts”? Local votes? Local government? Because that’s all been pretty shit so far on most fronts and feels like different means to the same end.

I don’t know what the solution is but I do know that it’s not gonna be any method that inevitably excludes and ostracizes people from participating in part of our legal system based on their income because that is absolutely what it boils down to. If anything I’d say a good direction might be to take cases from small communities that are more likely to hold a bias, consolidate them all under a more unified court system, and go with video court or something so there can be a properly neutral jury that truly has no skin in the game. I’m sure even that has its own major issues that I’m overlooking but at least it doesn’t separate people by financial status

You do need an education to vote on issues and to determine guilt in a lot of cases, amd before, when the populace was educated, the system was viable. Now it’s not, so it isn’t. It’s that simple.
