Queen Beryl is nb ? Queen Beryl, a villain from Sailor Moon. A tall person with crimson hair a black diadem and a deep purple dress. They’re sitting on a throne and holding a black scepter. I’m saying “they/them” because I’m following the joke premise that they’re non binary, but I’m almost sire they’re supposed to be a woman. They have breasts and are called “queen”.

They already have power and queer people need to know when that power is wielded against them. That nonbinary people are becoming as big a target as trans people is something that people, especially nonbinary people, need to stay informed about.

A couple of things:

  1. I’ve only ever heard Beryl as a woman’s name, although I don’t see a problem with a man or a nonbinary person using it. It’s a bizarre claim though. It’s like saying Mary is a ‘nonbinary name.’ Technically true because Donald is also a nonbinary name for the same reason.

More importantly though…

  1. Hurricanes don’t have a fucking gender.
