There’s only one reason the cops didn’t shoot her. You know what it is.

Part off the reason is that Massachusetts has far and away the lowest rate of officer involved shootings in the United States and it’s not even close.

The highest are New Mexico, Idaho, and Colorado, and it’s a pretty significant difference. Pretty crazy.
