I don’t understand where that sort of overconfidence comes from. I mean, in this case she’s off her rocker and would probably think the same even if she wasn’t pretty, but I haven’t ever been able to correlate how someone looks & how confident they are about their looks, or not beyond a weak correlation. There are legions of people this physically beautiful who are hung up and think they need to be fixed. And plenty of people at ease with their looks who don’t look half as good.

Did you see the other picture of her in the article? She only looks pretty if her hair is done up. Although her almond face shape would be seen as attractive in Japan, if not for the whole "Japanese people have a fetish for light skin" thing.

I know it’s all CGI and lighting and camera filters, but Kate Beckinsale in Underworld might be the hottest any woman has ever looked. I don’t know whether she’s too pretty to arrest, but I would slap her in handcuffs for entirely different reasons.
