I think you’re thinking of users’ ages not posters’ age. They don’t verify the age of people watching videos and they are publicly against that. I don’t know how they feel about validating the age of people in videos.
They realized it would get their asses handed to them a while back. They at least supposedly have some sort of verification system now and they’ve cut out a lot of videos because of their new verification requirements.
That is a separate issue. The Age verification law is for viewers. PornHub doesn’t want to store, or be responsible for, your Driver’s License info.
I happen to side with PornHub on this one. It’s a privacy issue, and the age verification is just an initial step in the direction of censorship.
Now verifying identity/ages of the performers, supporting the fight against sex trafficking and the predation of minors, that is worth putting restrictions on PornHub.
I find it funny that this is what they’re up in arms about, not the happy little threesome. I saw it and was shocked that NBC actually aired it, because that’s just much too controversial for we puritanical Americans to handle.

I am hoping for a peaceful transfer of power and Maduro basically going: ya, I won last time very closely and lost this time. Next time a new socialist government might win. That is how democracy works - just America gets all bent out of shape when the group they like looses and calls it rigged. (And then sends a boat full of paintball-gun armed men to assainate the president)
Of course I am already hearing things about the military stealing voting boxes and fighting in the streets, and Maduro has a history of arresting his critics and authoritarianism.
Neither Capitalism nor Communism are bad - discatoriship, suppressing free expression, and authoritarianism should be the enemy: whether it is from Maduro’s socialist thugs, Iran’s mortality police, or Trump’s “ya won’t ever have to vote again if I get back into power” Maga insurrectionists.
