I agree with this political stunt to point out the Trump Courts illegitimacy.
The words of the constitution currently have no value to the Trump Court. They just invented Total Criminal Immunity for official acts, and anything said to a government employee isn’t admissible in court. In a country founded on the idea no one is above the law.
This court is worse than the Dredd Scott court, they’ll just rule up is down and any amendment meant to undermine their decision actually affirms it.
For those arguing that Biden couldn’t do the funniest thing ever, I disagree. It truely doesn’t matter if they rule it an unofficial act. The purpose of this ruling is to get Trump out of his 34 felonies he’s already been convicted of because they used a lot of testimony from administration employees. So as long as that part of the ruling stands, Biden can still get away with anything. How do you convict with no witnesses.
The constitution even says the president isn’t immune and the federalist papers spells it out EXTREMELY clearly for any “originalist” to read.
Honestly the courts should call out SCOTUS on lying and making an invalid ruling that the constitution does not give them the authority to make, then just acting like it didn’t happen.
During presidency at most, but all the history says presidents were supposed to be possible to prosecute for crimes after their term and SCOTUS ignored that despite the majority claiming to be originalists

I don’t alter site headlines and can’t force any outlet to write a better article. The news here is that Boebert said a racist thing. The low-quality journalism thing where they do the “what does twitter have to say about this?” isn’t really important.
If he isn’t going to, someone on the Left needs to start explaining from the rooftops to everyday people, “here is what this really means” with some crazy examples. And they should also be targeting Trumps own people as well, explaining that this is the power Biden has now, but if Biden is replaced that next (and likely more “radical left”) individual will now have all that power should they win in November. See how they feel about Harris being able to lock any of them up, without due process or even having to charge them, then being able to pardon her DOJ, and all of it would be untouchable.
Or since they love conspiracies, tell them Harris can wait and see who wins the election, and if they lose she could exercise the 25th on Biden, grab the power for herself, and declare Trump and his campaign all be rounded up and it would all be within her new powers and completely untouchable.

Now that the court gave the president immunity, what is preventing Biden from dissolving the court? The law no longer limits the actions the president can take.
I am not saying that she deserves to be in danger, but if you’re going to donate money to her, please remember that she is a registered Republican and she’s even run for a Senate seat as an ® in Louisiana back in 2009, so make certain that she’s worth your money over other causes you could be giving to right now. Just because she’s against Trump doesn’t mean she’s on our side.
