I wanna try out Linux for the first time with no clue what I’m doing and this seemed like a good starter for what I need it for what do you all think?

Lately my PC has started crashing while it plays videos. A moment ago I unmounted my 1TB HDD with 400GB of content and I partition it into two different partitions, obviously keeping the space that was already occupied. I did because I don’t care if the content get corrupted, but after I did it everything is still working perfectly, when I thought everything would be corrupted....

was just a quick question – on the GTK side of things, we have the progression of LXDE → XFCE → Gnome – but on the Qt side of things, with LXQT → ??? → Plasma, there’s kind of a missing middle option?

At the moment I am using Debian Bookworm and I can setup/configure 100% of my setup automatically everything via Ansible. (Only thing left after the Ansible script is login to my online accounts/email which I would rather not automate.)...

Anyone had this probleme before? I can Install Debian bookworm just fine, but on the same machine, during the installation of Tumbleweed and Fedora the system just freeze. On Fedora it always freezes at the step “Configuring kernel-core X86_64”...
