Which game? GTA Online?

Conyak ,

I’m doing a RL1 run in Elden Ring right now. I’m just wearing cloth pants since everything one hits me anyway. I’ve never looked cooler.

ZombiFrancis ,

Female characters: “Are there pants? Like actual honest pants?”

Fromsoft characters: “Are there shoes? Why am I barefoot again?”

gregorum ,

one of the best parts of FO4 was the leather fetish “armor” and seeing the beefy Sole Survivor and his (almost) bare ass through the whole game. Made me sad to put on the Power Armor.

mmmm… then, of course, came the mods… the Sword of Atom guys had even kinkier leather armor in red, yellow, and black with spikes! ooo!

[ You have discovered a new kink. Everyone likes this. ]

Smoogs ,

on end levels my character has still all the original newb gear it started with it. Too often it is better stats than anything I’ve picked up through the game. Elden ring comes to mind.

Conyak ,

I wore the Vagabond armor through the whole game on my sword and board run. Most armor in that weight class wasn’t much better and didn’t look nearly as good.

fl42v ,

Yeah, those trashbag pants look weird and everything, but +5 to pickpocketing is +5 to pickpocketing :D

Potatos_are_not_friends ,

Elden Ring made it cool.

The difference between the best armor and being naked is significant. But if you’re a skilled player, it doesn’t matter what you wear.

And watching my character slowly go from heavily armored to dressing however the hell I want was such a a cool feeling.

BirdEnjoyer ,

Nah, I just wear what looks cool, no matter what.
Yes, I will wear the Vault Suit through entire Fallout games, because its canon AF. I just got good at ice physics because the Hover Boots looked rad.

And I've gone an entire game with the head slot empty in one game that, for some reason, didn't let you unequip helmets, and the character had cool hair.
Also got a legendary drop with perpetual Dash speed. Probably the most unique individual character for that random iOS game ever.

Two people from Ontario, Canada…

…that was supposed to be a fun fact but I’m not enjoying myself.

Straight out of E.O.A.!

DigiDemiFiend ,

Legitimately my biggest complaint about Cyberpunk 2077. Was a huge relief when they added the system to glamor gear

CaptainEffort ,

Even better after 2.0, where equipment doesn’t have stats so you can just wear whatever you want.

Cruxifux ,

Oh seriously? Thank god because that equipment system they had was horrible.

CaptainEffort ,

Yeah it was bad. Now all of your armor comes from augments through ripperdocs, which not only works way better but also just fits better thematically.

Cruxifux ,

Oh dope. Maybe I will have to revisit it.

pufferfischerpulver ,

Wait, what?? I might have to replay it!

CaptainEffort ,

They weren’t lying when they were hyping up 2.0, it changed a lot. Now you upgrade your armor by doing it through ripperdocs.

state_electrician ,

I kind of liked it better in 1.x. I am on my fourth playthru right now and there are some things I liked better before 2.0. Different strokes, I guess.

BruceTwarzen ,

Becase you see yourself that ine time
