say “please rewrite this so the ending has a weird and obscure twist to it along the lines of something you’d see in the plot points and themes found in stories written by chuck palahniuk, and then write it as though you were james matthew barrie writing peter pan”
Well if your going that route (and I’m ok with it) go with Mossberg 590 Shockwave. I run mine w/ double ought w/ a sidesaddle of more rounds. I don’t have a HP printer but I did take a faulty firewall that would get me called out every other night for hanging to the range. It got a lovely sprinkling of 7.62x39 and x54r, it was from the heart, true love.
Then it went to the E-Recyclers, got to be Earth conscience.
I love blasting, I have a legal machine gun (in the US). Lighting something up (not living) is a blast. Until you get back blast and that shit sucks. Also hot brass down the back of your shirt is hell. Happens more when you have FA.
/Love the handle, they banned my 6 accts and all my subs. F reddit we need Aaron back.
200$ tax stamp you have to wait almost a year to get. Finger prints (done by the police) and 2 passport photos for them to put on file. And a clean record, no felonies, DV, violent crime, etc.
Its not to bad of a process, I’ve been thru it about 7-8 times for my suppressors/sbr/etc
if you think this is bad, just yesterday or the day before I got a popup for some fucking Jake Logan documentary. like lol wtf, who cares about that shithead? lmao, even.
My money says it’s not, the video didn’t look like anything other than a poor magnet.
Everyone wants to hope they’re living in the time of the next revolution, and I hope we are as much as anyone else, but it’s not going to be “toss these 4 elements into an oven and cook”. Super conductivity is going to be an extremely precisely engineered substance.
If cheaply manufactured low production cost room temperature super conductors are ever available our world will look like that within a decade. Unfortunately we are probably going to cook our planet before we get within 15 years of the above discovery
Yeaah and there are so many tech products that have only become a reality in the last 20 or so years. Robot vacuums, consumer 3D printers, LED lights, batteries that actually hold a useful enough amount of power for high power devices which actually even our phones are. Crazy that my phone is ridiculous amounts faster than the first computer I used, yet it lasts a full day on single charge. People take all of this and more for granted.
I mean, even if LK-99 turns out to be legit but insanely expensive to manufacture, that’s a starting point for research on how to make it easier to manufacture.
Data storage used to be incredibly bulky and expensive. Now you can buy a chip the size of your fingernail holding hundreds of gigabytes of data for a couple ten dollars.
If they’d said I’d was insanely expensive, or time consuming, out used really specific isotopes of the elements they’re using, I’d be much much more inclined to believe them.
The specificity that room temperature conductivity they’re claiming to have achieved (an entirely new variety of super conductivity) by having certain atoms in certain orientation to allow for quantum tunneling, doesn’t just come out of an oven after a few days of cook time, the atoms would need to be aligned, and all of the same isotope, at the masses they supposedly demonstrated the odds of it all occurring are beyond atomically small.
They wrote what was a guarantee to capture the attention of the media, cheap, extremely efficient, and very safe/easy to produce. When/if room temperature super conductivity comes it isn’t fitting into all 3 of those things.
I’ve been saying for about 15 years now – you’d have to be a masochist to buy HP printers. Why do people keep enabling these shits? You just encourage them to be even worse. Don’t stand for even a little of their bullshit and they will change or die. You make a noose for your own neck.
I’ve bought HP a few times, because the new printer was about the same price as buying new ink cartridges. I’m not saying it’s right, I’m just being real. And I’m not proud
This is true if everybody do it, otherwise nothing will change. As we know there are too many people on the planet and too many idiots among them that will buy these products and so company can’t get away with everything nowadays. Look at Facebook, Twitter, reddit, hp. In my country there’s a huge food company that put fucking poison in baby formulas, and killed some of them (and others with lifetime growth issues) and guess what? People stopped buying from them for 2 years, they pulled through and now they are one of the top companies.
People are still buying HP printers because there are no alternatives. In my experience Epson is the worst. The are all the same, and we have no alternative other than letting them fuck with us. And they know it.
I bought a expensive Ecotank because I loved the Idea of not having cartridges. To fill the tanks you still need cartridges though, so you still have the waste. No Eco in sight.
The paper in- and outlets were very narrow, what made refilling paper a hassle.
The software was very clunky, some cleaning programs did not work. After a year the prints became quite poor.
Another year later this print heads were clogged, no matter how much alcohol we poured on it. I threw the whole thing away. Never again.
The HP I hade a couple years ago was much better.
I am not saying this company is better than the other, I am convinced they are all the same. Some products are better, some are worse.
Funny thing is, I know all of this and their bad behavior. I needed a new printer, ordered it but they didn’t have it in stock so they asked me to change my order and offered HP with extra toner and all that. Half asleep I didn’t even think twice. It was good price, extra toner.
From day one, nothing but problems until I broke the spell last year and got a Brother printer. Night and day in terms of quality and obedience.
I assume that’s the case with many people. Cheap printer available right now or some local deals make it even better looking. Someone who doesn’t know better like mom or pop buys it and there it is, pain. Then they realize what they have done and perhaps sell the damn thing, so pain jumps on someone else who just needed a cheap printer.
