I know it sounds dumb that the butter chicken kit contains neither butter nor chicken but trust me, they’re awesome.
But those tomatoes really stole the show
Not entirely sure how authentic this is. I followed the shoyu ramen recipe from Joshua Wisseman.
Korean Street Toast (Gilgeori-toast 길거리토스트). It’s basically a Korean breakfast sandwich. There’s no one way to make it but it’s usually egg mixed with various veggies that is fried into a patty and put on buttered toast (think made like a grilled cheese). It’s gotten super popular in Korea as a quick street...
Here’s the recipe. Keep in mind that I don’t typically measure when I cook - I just go by sight/feel and taste along the way so that I can adjust the seasoning. This will work with any combination of ingredients. The main thing is getting that skin crispy....
Last Friday was midsummer, but because I'm not in Sweden but in Korea I had to improvise with ingredients which I could find here....
This includes making the curd from scratch. A friend of the family made it or I’d share how. (Correction, my daughter made it, my wife corrected me. It’s been a few years and I’m old.)...
