A broken apart fluffy pancake from Austria served with Marillenröster - something between a Compost and Marmalade made from apricots
It’s a bit out of focus but still clear enough to see....
Served with air fryed brussel sprouts with garlic and parmesan, and super soft baked potatoes. It was delicious!
Hope I don’t get too much hate as on the old platform I’m sure I would. I think it was still a banable offense.
Just tuna, tomato and spring onion on a sea salt Ciabatta, topped with a sweet balsamic glaze.

I know it sounds dumb that the butter chicken kit contains neither butter nor chicken but trust me, they’re awesome.
But those tomatoes really stole the show
Not entirely sure how authentic this is. I followed the shoyu ramen recipe from Joshua Wisseman.

Here’s the recipe. Keep in mind that I don’t typically measure when I cook - I just go by sight/feel and taste along the way so that I can adjust the seasoning. This will work with any combination of ingredients. The main thing is getting that skin crispy....
