Made a rub, did a 2 hour cold smoke then a 2 hour hour hot smoke. It was juicy and delicious. This time I didn’t brine it but it still was super moist and tender.
The Night Oven Bakery in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is amazing. We bought a sourdough loaf, a brioche loaf from there and ate this tasty treat while in the store.
Had some meat and produce wallowing in the fridge, so I made this up as I went along....

1st course (above): Watermelon kimchi gazpacho. Chive oil....
I had an amazing Caprese salad years ago and I’ve want to recreate it ever since. I got my hands on some aged Basalmic and I’m hoping that does the trick.

Everything bagel with egg, turkey, cheese, onion, green pepper, and mayo. Solid way to start the day.
I need to get some semolina flour to transfer it to the peel, the bottom was a little floury but over all not a shabby lunch.
Made this one for my mum’s birthday. Lemon sponge cake with lemon frosting and topped with fresh raspberries and lemon zest.
