So I have a couple month old OnePlus N30 phone, and one thing that drives me crazy with it is when I plug it in at night to charge, eventually it fully charges. You would think this is good, but then it decides to vibrate every 30 seconds or minute or so to tell me it’s fully charged. Over and over again till it wakes me up...

I follow a lot of subjects and diverse interests but occasionally I catch myself staring at something I thought I knew and realize I’m not quite there....

hardware seems solid, software is so old even SSL certificates are out of date. I downloaded the ISRG Root X1 certificate to update them and even then stock safari doesn’t work with many webpages, including apple’s....

I have a bookstack instance self-hosted and I quick like the program and workflow. I like having ‘books’ of information to separate/organize my information. It feels very much like folder heirarchy to me, and while that has its issues, I prefer it. Being able to add tags to pages helps alleviate some of those issues and...

I would like to know of a community where I can post things that I write to myself. I’m not capable enough to make my own community yet, and I’ve got a lot to say....

I’m currently in the process of writing a song. I’ve got a tune and I’m putting the lyrics together but I’m always concerned that any tune I think of might just be another song I’ve heard somewhere randomly that I don’t remember hearing....

Couple of things for me....

Are there Linux Youtubers whose content is targeted not necessarily for those who are deeply interested in linux (even at beginner level) and foss’s news, but for those who use linux for daily basis, like for viewer’s study or their work?...

It’s kind of silly, but I still really dig the idea behind torrenting and peer to peer sharing of data. It’s cool to think about any old computer helping pass along some odd bits & bytes of data, whether a goofy drawing or strange story.

Do you feel you have outgrown media sources or discontinued them for other reasons?

Did automobiles replacing horses, diminishing horse population, diminishing horse suffering – as a consequence of work forced upon the animals. Is that moral win for horses; less suffering? Although their population is vastly smaller than 130 years ago.

I had this shower thought earlier and I actually wanted to post it in that community. The name I came up with was SmartWalkman, but later I realized that Walkman is Sony specific, so I doubt other companies would’ve gone for that name, but I didn’t want to let this shower thought slip so here I am now asking you guys.
