Is there a term for that phenomenon where someone gets so far into a topic that they become unaware of how much contextual knowledge they have about it?...

It’s great for communicating among individuals and in group chats, but I think it ultimately fails as a platform between creators and fans even though it seems like every creator or product team has one these days....
So I got my first ever Swiss Army Knife 2 months ago. It’s a Victorinox Huntsman with 14 tools (the one with the saw). I have not used it extensively yet, but I wipe it clean every time I use it....

Some times, when reading Lemmy comments, it seems that some word in the comment was replaced with “removed”, in italics. Is the app censoring comments? Is my lemmy instance doing that? Is there a way to turn that off?...
