Depends on if they offered him immunity, but as the talking heads pointed out on TV tonight, the listing is for “Co-conspirators” not “Unindicted co-conspirators.”
That’s a deliberate choice. I guess we’ll see how it turns out.
They may be negotiating with the DOJ right now to decide if they are co-defendants or star witnesses. Putting their names in Trump’s indictment is pretty powerful leverage for the DOJ.
I would love if Guilliani went to jail. That said, I would take it if his testimony put Trump away. It would also be great if his testimony is in the news every night as “independents” are deciding who to vote for. At least some of them should understand that Rudy is no liberal shill. If that keeps Trump for winning the next election, Rudy can stay free as his reward for that service to his country.

The jury is never visible even in state courts that allow cameras or broadcast trials to the public. It remains to be seen if the federal court will make an exception to allow the proceedings to be publicly broadcast. I would envision there is some serious calculus being done behind the scenes on this very question because the importance to the public interest is just so high.
But make no mistake: every single jury in every single one of Trump’s criminal cases will be sequestered to both ensure their safety as well as prevent tainting, tampering, or bias.
Great show. Lee Pace has moved onto some other great things after this. The rest of the cast I’ve not seen much of. MacKenzie David was by far my favorite character.
For the record I still don’t think Trump himself will go to jail for this. I got pretty heavily down voted last time I said it and might have gotten deleted by a mod or something because I can’t find it in my history. So, for posterity. No jail.
He’s a wealthy, old, former president. The system is set up to be lenient to people exactly like him.
He's elderly and in bad health. If he survives long enough to be convicted I bet he does time, but in club fed. There's also decent odds he flees to Moscow.
If he wasn’t supposed to be there you would have gotten cabinets that go all the way to the ceiling or no way to get up there. Now he has a way up there and is those supposed to be there.
