Right? I love the sticker (minus the random capitalized words), but I’ve never been honked at in the 15+ years I’ve been driving. I feel like if people are honking at you, you’re probably not paying enough attention.
I’ve been honked at multiple times by people who feel I am not going fast enough when I am driving a good 5 miles over the speed limit in town, but the drivers here are fucking awful.
Around here being honked at usually means, “Why are you not running that red light!? I would run it right now if you weren’t in front of me!! It just now turned red! You got AT LEAST another three seconds before you gotta worry about t-boning that Buick! C’mon! Why TF aren’t you going!?!?”
I’m not talking about looking at my phone. I’m talking about the light turns green and I start moving immediately, but because I don’t peal out of there with the pedal to the floor, I’m going way too slow, so HONK HONK!
One of my favorites - I’m crossing the street as a pedestrian, a car waiting to turn is waiting for me to get across, and everyone behind them (who still have a clear view of me) are honking at them for not going.

This is absolutely fundamentally wrong. What you’ve described is what Nodatime calls an Instant, and it’s a very important data class, but there are valid reasons to use other classes.
A LocalDateTime cares about the date and time locally. An event scheduled for 8am every Monday might use this. It would update accordingly if you move locations to a new locale.
A ZonedDateTime can almost be directly translated into an Instant, except that one time zone might change. If you go into or out of daylight saving time, or your region decides to change its time offset. Oslo time is still Oslo time. You use this if your event occurs at a specific time in a specific location.
An OffsetDateTime is like a ZonedDateTime, but instead of being tied to a specific time zone (e.g. “Oslo time”) it’s tied to a specific UTC offset (e.g. UTC+1).
You don’t have to use Nodatime, but you should at least think deeply about what your time objects actually represent and what is the best way to represent them.
Which of course led to him being single term because he wasn’t ruthless enough for a voting public that would rather have a former actor run the country into the ground while paying loveable grandpa to hide the evil.

Jimmy Carter was good at lip-service, not in reality. That’s not a “both sides” kind of issue. It’s an invasion and ensuing genocide. For instance it seems like you saw a chronological list and when the very first item - which is actually quite damning and from which you omitted the inciting incident of a CIA-backed assassination - wasn’t a full-on war crime, you decided it was all frivolous. I can see why it’s so easy to get someone like you to ignore war crimes when you’re that unwilling to even read about them. I called out East Timor by name and you still ignored it. I can’t hold your hand through the entire article. History is for people who are willing to do some reading.
Anyway, if you go just a few items down the list, you read this:

The response was crickets. Carter ramped up aid with funding and weapons to the murderous Indonesian regime, brazenly flaunting the human rights requirements imposed on American aid.
So that’s a war crime, even by the extremely lax rules imposed by the US on themselves and to which they will never hold themselves accountable.

Don’t worry, the apology was insincere as you guessed, because the mistake was in fact not a very important one. But your obstinate, petulant avoidance of the war crimes that I know you’ve now read about directly says everything anyone needs to know about where you stand on the issue.

Hell, a while ago France24 wasn’t even using the terms “Israel” or “IDF” in any of it’s reporting on the sacking of Gaza - they were literally pretending the bullets, bombs and missiles was being fired and dropped by some unknown party.

This is highly contested and no credible evidence has been produced for these claims. Israeli propagandists have been hard at work conjuring up lies wholesale and it’s shameful to repeat them without verification.

Also, what kind of logic justifies attacking a hospital which definitely has victims of Israel’s own relentless attack, on the off chance that the hospital might have terrorists?
