Why is the exposure time/ shutter speed for my phone capped at 1/2 (half a second)? I would like to take photos with an exposure time of up to 30 seconds. Even when installing other apps, like GCam or Open Camera, it is not possible to increase the exposure time. I have an Fairphone 4 with Android 13....

Fedora KDE suddenly wont boot properly

I am running Fedora KDE 40 alongside Windows 11 23H2, (the PC in question is also sometimes used by a few other family members, which is the reason I still have Windows) When I tried restarting into Fedora today, everything appeared fine, I selected the normal boot fedora option in GRUB, and the normal loading screen showed up....
