Not sure. Maybe I’ll do it with my releases, I dunno. I don’t exactly release any high profile stuff though, and I typically just avoid torrents because I’m afraid of getting a scary letter from my ISP. Perhaps that’s unwise though.
There are a few started on different servers, but I set one up locally. Normally I spend some time on Reddit answering questions from travelers &c as a bit of a public service, but with Reddit becoming boring, I figured I’d give that a try over here.
Vietnam is a friendly but notoriously opaque place, so there is usually no shortage of questions 😄
But after the comment from @marsara9 I changed it to pull the image from dockerhub instead of building it myself. Now it pulls correctly and the server comes online but is almost unusable. The homepage displays but I cannot login as admin or create a new user :/
Have you edited your lemmy.hjson yet to ensure details match the docker-compose.yml? The instructions for that part are not very clear and I had to do lots of trial and error to get it working.
Also, @hyper, what does your nginx.conf look like? Now that the webpage is loading, the backend might be blocked/not configured properly in nginx, so nginx isn’t properly forwarding requests to the backend.
