My husband and I don’t watch TV together a lot, but Sunday nights are the one night a week we set aside for it. I often find myself looking forward to Sunday evenings when we get to catch up on our favorite shows and hang out. It’s also typically the only night of the week I eat ice cream, so it’s an extra treat.
I’m usually busy enjoying my Sunday evenings and don’t even think about the fact that the weekend is ending.
If you want to avoid squishing your junk, I recommend buying some elasticated boxers that are just a LITTLE bit tighter than you would buy for every day wear. Keep your business pulled in close and tight.
As for avoiding workouts… theres a lot to unpack there. The short version is “You have the DNA you have” no amount of a “Bikini body” workout is going to give you tits or a BBL booty and any workout that mentions “Targeted fat loss” is bullshit. Situps do not burn belly fat. Workouts for bodybuilding and workouts for functional strength are different. Workouts for cardio and workouts for conditioning are different.
But what might build a bunch of muscle and functional strength for a 60kg woman might only qualify as a warmup for me, programs written for women will likely be different because (THIS IS NOT SEXISM) men on average carry more muscle as a percentage and less fat. Workouts programmed for women tend to have more cardio and lower weight. Not to say that you couldnt do that workout and hit it with intensity and get results, but its likely to be suboptimal.
If you’re interested in learning more about exercise science Dr Mike Isratel of Renaissance Periodization on YT has some fantastic and easy to digest videos (not exactly geared for beginners but theres some very quality insights if you find the right videos.) As well as James Smith, Dr Pak, Jeff Nippard and their associated friends.
I think the term you’re looking for is called Sexual Dimorphism, and I have only ever heard edge-lord-feminists call it sexism. Most feminists that I have met acknowledge it.
Edit: to be clear while the conversation of gender equity is in part concerned about sexual dimorphism, the human species as a whole is sexually polymorphic. However the discussion of Turner’s syndrome, Klinefelter’s syndrome, ect is tangentially related.
I would definitely changw your password, also see if you can check the logs of login as it will sometimes show and you can see if the country aligns.
For what its worth, if you think youre not being hacked. It sometimes ive seen it come up when people use a vpn and are connected by some sort of app. And it flags a 2fa to reconect. Its unlikely but i have seen it.
The only one is being aware of good artery health and reducing overexertion as it can significantly increase your risk of stroke, and that the Navy has phased out crunches and sit-ups due to consistent spine injury, and the Marines later followed.
I’m no military lover, but if the people trying to exercise the people to fight our wars are phasing something out for health concerns… that’s pretty significant.
If I’m not mistaken, I believe the Marine Corps is a specific department of the Navy, and are typically the first on the ground for special operations and are stationed at a lot of the U.S. embassies. The Navy as a whole is more focused on the sea and shorelines, and the Marines cover land and sea.
I don’t know much more than that, I’m not a huge military person haha
Possible. Disable bitlocker if you have it enabled, create a recovery disc from Windows, pass through your recovery disc and SSD to QEMU, boot from the recovery disc, run automatic startup repair. Ensure you use the correct firmware type in QEMU: If your SSD is GPT then use UEFI. If it is MBR then use BIOS.
I’d buy a cold storage wallet, and put it there. (Write the password down and keep it with the drive though!!!) Bitcoin is the least scammy of the cryptocurrencies, and it’s likely to keep going up for a while, since there’s a limited amount. OTOH, regulatory changes–since it’s so electricity intensive to mine–could means it gets banned in many places. Yes, it’s a high risk “investment” (I don’t think of cryptocurrency as an investment at all), but high risk can be part of an otherwise balanced portfolio. Since it was a windfall, you’re not really risking anything by keeping it as bitcoin.
If you don’t already have a financial advisor that has a fiduciary responsibility to you, you might want to consider getting one, and asking their advice.
Cold storage does neatly avoid the issue of getting burned by an exchange; your crypto is only stored locally with a cold storage wallet, so unless it’s plugged in to your computer and accessible to the internet, it can’t be hacked. OTOH, you can simply lose the drive (!), and forgetting your password means that the crypto is likely inaccessible forever (!!!).
I’ve misplaced things before, but I don’t usually throw shit out unintentionally. So I’ve still got my old Tails drive that has somewhere around .01BTC in a wallet on it. Now if only I remembered my password for the persistent partition.
I’ve recently found Beszel and i want to use it to replace my grafana/Prometheus/node exporter stack. It seems to be a rather easy & clean solution. Sure, you can do more with grafana and Prometheus but I can’t be bothered having to learn that, when all I want is some simple monitoring.
