However, to see content of accounts I previously followed, I need to keep the old domain running. With a redirect in place to the new domain it breaks...

I learned how to fetch lemmy into lemmy. By pasting lemmy post url into search on my instance. Now I tried similar with mastodon post. Didn’t work. No search result. How to do that? Is it even possible?
