I want to get into Arch Linux, but I don’t have that much experience and I feel like it’ll be easier to set it up in a virtual machine rathen than dual booting, I’ve used Oracle VirtualBox before but it’s very laggy. Are there any other VMs that aren’t as laggy, or do I just have a hardware issue?
I’ve had my YT history off for years, today I was prompted to check the setting. I kept it off, now my Home feed is just a prompt to turn it on. I actually like it.
Shouldn’t it be the most comfortable temperature? 🤔

Usually, when you open a website, that site might be pulling live data from somewhere, but it’s from a database on the same server. If you click a Fediverse link, and no-one else from your instance has already done so, it seems like your instance has to contact a remote site, pull the data and render it, in the same timeframe...
