Hey folks, the r/selfhosted community has always been very kind to ntfy, and with recent events, I’m moving the r/ntfy subreddit to Lemmy....

I’m thinking of creating a community (or two, or…) but am worried about taking on a lot of work. What tasks are involved?
If you’d like to sanitize your account before deleting it I use this method. I use chrome on W10 and I’m not sure if it works with other browsers or OS....
I’ve noticed in a lot of Reddit threads the outright hostility towards Nintendo games and Nintendo fans in general gaming subreddits....
First off, huge props. Lemmy seems to really nail the potential that early Reddit had, and having found some niche communities it seems like it actually won’t be impossible to build critical mass as a serious replacement. One feature im missing is a way to hide individual posts. I don’t want to block the user or the...
Hi everyone,...
So apparently RARBG is gone. May it RIP. Whats the replacement or new site everyone uses now that it’s over?
I’m trying to watch Voyager again(never finished it, dropped it around season 3) and every time i’m watching VOY I think to myself: “why am I watching this when I could be watching DS9?” so I’m mixing both right now....

But how are we going to collectively pay for this? I saw an (unverified) post that Reddit received 400M dollars from ads last year. Lemmy isn’t going to be free....
VERUM, BB, TJ [TJET] or rutracker?
It’s over at feddit.uk/c/london I hope you don’t mind the self promotion but I wanted to get the word out there....
feel free to list other window managers you’ve used....
So, I thought I'd kick things off here with some community building....

It’s not even June 12 for me, yet I suspect many subreddits went dark based on UTC....
Could use a dedicated meme community.
I am really craving a game similar to vampire survivors. It’s just so good and I cannot stop playing it but i need to take a break lol
