Looking for some brains trust recommendations on good NVMe drives to use for home servers. I’ve managed to get Samsung 980 Pros for good prices in the past and haven’t had any issues but I need a few more 1TB drives and wondering if there’s some cheaper options people have had good experiences with?

I’ve subscribed to quite a few communities there, and now they seem to be offline. Does anyone know how to reach the admin?

I’ve got a Sony XPERIA 5 II which has been flawles for many years but recently the NFC function stopped working. I’ve tried resetting the cache of the service and of course restarting many times but still no go....

Lemmy is a place for people to have thoughtful conversations as well as dumb fun, and having bot comments severely impacts this experience. Therefore, for c/android, we would like to only use the minimum number of bots only as needed by the community....

Ive been smashing my head on the wall all weekend. Posting on discord. I even resorted to asking on reddit despite not using it since i joined lemmy....

I just noticed in the overview from my mobile provider that I have apparently sent an SMS message to an unknown (domestic) phone number at 03:10 on July 11. Going back a few months I don’t see any other messages to that number....

Is there a platform similar to disboard-dot-org for Revolt servers? I’m interested in discovering servers, but the current discover feature is limited and somewhat buggy on the Linux client I’m using. If you have any information on this, kindly share it with me.

In the MusicBrainz community, there’s a thread for posting music that is available legally as a free download, or in the case of Bandcamp, name your price. I’ve used these sort of releases to help find new and interesting music to get into, and I thought that’d make an interesting community here for that reason....
