I have some questions around your meaning in life:

Why do you think it is good that you exist? What's your meaning around being here? What makes you go on each day?

Backstory: I've been mostly depressed for a long time and I'm currently making a major effort to step out of this. But whenever I try to find motivation to take better care of myself and move my life forward I end up with the questions above. I think there might be a major hole in the fabric of my soul ...

Meaning can only be created by sentient minds, so the universe has exactly as much or as little meaning as you choose to give it.

Personally, I find meaning in the love of family, company of friends, helping strangers, and thinking about existence. I don't understand why anyone wants more than that, but clearly that isn't enough for many because people keep asking me how my life can have meaning without belief in a god.
