Currently we are witnessing a capitalist genocide in Gaza were children are starving to death and the working class are powerless to stop this. But yea denial on both sides certainty is problematic, the issue is though “tankie” communists will argue propaganda as well as the libs and conservatives. We have been bombarded with fictitious narrative that its a real struggle to find comprehensive and honest reporting of previous events.

Last month I read a “tankies” recap on Tiannamen Square protests, it went as far as to say there was no massacre and quoted creditable journalist that had reported a peaceful evening on the night of the massacre, but I equally saw photos of piled up buddies, bloodied police officers and alike. There’s also a conspiracy that the CIA staged the massacre or played some rule within it.

Ive also dealt with american denying the genocide in Vietnam, or Americas rule in creating North Korean.

If your installing linux on your surface pro 7 you’ll also want to follow this repository basically enables a lot of features that won’t work otherwise, like touch, pen and other stuff, how this would work with an immutable system I’m not sure, for me arch works perfectly on my surface.

Its important to view this through an economic scope, what is the cost of a regular user to a server. Then how much are donors giving and does that supplement the cost of non paying regular users.

Also these non paying regular user add to Lemmy by buffing out numbers and attracting more donating user to the platform.

If we can donate then we definitely should and that way we can run under this model.

I noticed this after a hiatus from my gamer friend, when I reunited with them a few months back I saw how games would release and they’d buy it, even defend some aspects like kernel level anti cheat/micro-transactions as well as bad game design.

The hive mind seems somewhat new to me like I’d dabble with a few titles a year while spending considerably more time than the average gamer on my PC. And the fast action from lethal company to plate up to velhaim to palword/and hell divers over the last few months has been jarring maybe concerning too

pc but some of my buds are on pc and console, constantly hearing about game pass :P idk when it come to subscription services its normal for the initial few years to be packed with plenty to capture a large pool of customers, operating at a near loss, then prices go up and content declines. hopefully this doesn’t happen with game-pass

I’m not entirely sure I get this, so a company that will and does force other company’s to remove personal data has ties to a broker and Mozilla dropped them for those ties, I mean its not bad but its definitely harsh and removes a useful service from a subscription they offered, hopefully Mozilla can at least find a new implementation or change the pricing to shadow the lack of this feature.

Edit: different article Mozilla did the right thing. I still think Mozilla should adjust pricing or implement a similar service.
