@Autistrain @theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic It depends on the airport. Recently, in the UK, we were asked not to take out electronics or liquid from our bags. I think airports are updating their scanners and the new ones don’t require to take things out.

One key difficulty I find, is that the bag check zone is very noisy and you have to take off noise cancelling headsets as they need to be scanned too.

I just saw Liam O'Dell's article that the transcripts have been published. It would be helpful for HVM to announce this in a News item. I had been monitoring the News section of the HVM website but there's no mention of this publication.

@actuallyautistic @autisticadvocacy I wonder why in the intro to the transcript I've just had a look at there's this in the intro: 'The only edits that have been made are to remove filler words (for example ‘um’) and repeat words.' This is not true.

@actuallyautistic @autisticadvocacy My first question was referring to this public tweet: https://nitter.net/HeiniMNatri/status/1633507082275258373. It obviously has been edited. It's the same meaning, but there are other edits than to remove filler words and repeat words. On the other hand some transcription errors have not been corrected ‘Safari' instead of SFARI. Such changes that I could easily check means that there may be other changes in the transcripts.

@actuallyautistic @autisticadvocacy I assume it would be too much transparency to publish the audio recordings along the transcripts! The transcripts don't even identify there were several researchers who were answering the questions. If they want to be anonymous, they could just be called R1, R2... though the PI, at least, should stand behind his words.

@actuallyautistic @autisticadvocacy You may want to suggest to the S10K team that when they promised stuff, e.g. 'before October’, they may want to publish a status update in Oct and an update when what they promised has happened, if it's delayed.
