It is so upsetting seeing actual MPs (or anyone) with such outdated and incorrect views as shown in https://inews.co.uk/news/lee-anderson-branded-ignorant-families-adhd-bad-parenting-2666875
Not just on the surface level, but also it means he is missing out. Missing out on really knowing some of the most interesting, creative, passionate people. Missing out on being able to fully support his constituents who are @actuallyadhd (and face it, he probably has similar views about @actuallyautistic people too).

I noticed this poster in a local shop's window. I guess it is nice that they are trying to do.....something?

From what I've seen since my Autism enlightenment, the @actuallyautistic community doesn't much like the puzzle piece imagery, so this is a bit like a restaurant saying they are Vegan aware while using an image of an abattoir
