What is a gender neutral replacement for man, guys, buddy, etc?

So I’ve realized that in conversations I’ll use traditional terms for men as general terms for all genders, both singularly and for groups. I always mean it well, but I’ve been thinking that it’s not as inclusive to women/trans people....

Rapidgator is ok if you downloading audiobooks, but why aren’t more people using OnionShare to send and receive files? But in warez’s context, if you host your tor’s relay, and you pay for the bandwith, then an mass sharing have a cost. And you have to include the storage too, its not free.
